woooooooooooooooooo finally got my gear back today, all of the important stuff is back I am only missing my bank alts things, but I am not to fussed about that.

They even restored the emblems and honor as well, I just wish they would sort out their customer service as its terrible!, I got more annoyed at their service than I was at the hacker Very Happy

good to know kreed. Wasn't too surprised with the time it took.
When I was hacked a long way back before I even started raiding seriously it took about 1 week of calling until I got an answer then in about 10 mins I was all sorted. Long story short I came out 7k richer with all items intact.

Really happy for you to have all your gear back.
