Why did you choose the class/spec you play?
I chose my Death Knight plainly because i like using poisen and melee. I like having fun on him and its great! My mage i chose him because i have a couple of mates that a mages and i like using spells.My priest is i loved healers but then i really didnt like them so i chose to go Shadow and from then its been great fun!

What is your end game raiding experience?
Cleared all content. On my DK cleared everything except Uldar. Mage cleared everything. ON priest cleared 10 man Uldar but not 25.

Do you have any previous leadership experience?
Yes infact, i used to be GM in the Guild Apocolypse Now Fun raiding guild cleared 25 naxx but never got around to Uldar.
Do you have any raiding experience playing a different role on your character? For example, if you're applying as a resto druid, do you have any feral experience?
On My DK i have experianced Blood and Unholy and abit of FRost Priest i have experiance Holy Dicipline and Shadow on Mage i experiance Frost and Fiery.
What do you do prior to the first pull to ensure maximum performance in a raid?
I do carry my own flask's/ buff food which is my maximum performance in that department.
Explain what you see as your role in raids:

I am a caster in raids on my mage trying to deal lost of DPS. On DK trying to control the DPS. Priest is dps your heart out!

How many raiding days (Thu, Fri, Sun) can you regularly attend? The raiding times are non negotiable.
(raid times are in a bit of flux at the moment, due to poor turnout on Sundays - we are currently experimenting with Mondays and Wednesdays in place of Sunday)
Sounds great! I can go to any day besides Saturday and Sunday. :S

Reason for applying to Triage:
I like a nice casual raiding guild love to take raiding to the next level. I like a nice bunch of people. Also if there is and 60+ i will be happy to get them geared.

What was, and why did you leave, your previous guild / server?
I left my old guild because we wernt really getting past anything but Naxx 25 wernt progressing at all. I am just in this guild i am atm because a couple of mates are in there with me

Thanks again for your application.

In your application you stated that on your DK you had cleared everything up to Ulduar but your achievements do not support this in either 10 or 25 man. You also applied as an unholy DK but have 71 points in frost.

In any event we are unable to offer you a trial as we have no room for a frost DK.

I highly recommend you take what Khellus said on board. Maxdps is not a particularly good site by comparision and you really need to get basic raiding mods rather than Recount. Deadly Boss Mods and Omen3 at the very least.

We do a Saturday night Naxx 25 fun run starting between 8.30-9.00 that you are welcome to attend if there is a spot. Just pst Suelyn on the night if you would like to go.
